Today I rode my new road bike for the first time. Incredible bike and very light, only 6,6Kg with pedals.

Still requires some setup.

My training for singapore continues intense and will finish February with 50 hour of training. On Saturday 6th I will do a Duathlon, 4Km run, 20Km mountain bike, 4Km run with my coach and the rest of his team.

Cold feet...

The real Ironman is the one that trains in sub zero temperatures. Note that today my water froze after a 55Km ride. It took me 15 minutes to get my feet back to the normal temperature.

Only 476 days to go...

That's how many days I have to prepare for the Ironman Brazil next year. I think that's too much. The wait will kill me. Taking in consideration the amount of hours that I'm training now per month (50), I will have 800 hours, 8,000 km biking, 3,000 Km running and 300Km swimming under my belt!!!

Until now, I've trained around 270 hours, 2,500Km biking, 1,200Km running and 25Km swimming

For some reason people are saying that is crazy. I know it is, but it feels good.
until then I will be racing Ironman 70.3 in Singapore, Austria and Germany, another couple triathlon races in Belgium and running two marathons, London and Brussels. This is the schedule until October.

I've just started training with a coach, Loic Helin which website is on the links part. He is putting now some sense into my training.
