Only 12 hours to the start of the Singapore Ironman 70.3. My start will be at 7.25 am.Today it rained a lot and I chose not to bike since the road had a lot of water. Left the bike in transition in the morning and then did a slow short run of 5Km.
Spent the afternoon resting and had a very nice massage.
